     层状结构功能硫属化合物设计合成与物性研究

Abstract: Quantum materials refer to material systems with strong electronic correlation (such as superconductors, magnetic compounds, etc.). They have wide applications in many fields such as communications, medical treatment, and aerospace. Driven by the rapid development of quantum technology for the urgent needs of quantum functional compounds, the reporter will introduce how to use single-atom, single-coordination polyhedron, and multi-coordination polyhedrons to accurately construct functional compounds with layered structures. Twenty-one new layered compounds, including Pb3SbS4Te2, NaCu4Se4 and BaFMn0.5Te, were synthesized. The structure-properties relationship was deeply studied. Five quantum materials with negative magnetoresistance effect, charge density wave, antiferromagnetism, giant magnetoresistance effect, and superconductivity are discovered.

量子材料具备强电子关联特征(如超导、磁性等),在通讯、医疗、航空航天等国家重大需求领域具有重要研究意义和应用价值。以量子科技的快速发展对量子功能化合物的迫切需求为牵引,报告人将介绍如何针对层状结构功能化合物结构特征,依次采用单原子、单配位多面体以及多配位多面体的结构单元,精准构筑出共价型导电层,通过与离子型绝缘层的空间序构,合成了Pb3SbS4Te2NaCu4Se4BaFMn0.5Te21种新型层状结构功能化合物,深入研究了结构与物性的构效关系,最终筛选出五种分别具备负磁阻效应、电荷密度波、反铁磁、巨磁阻效应和超导特性的量子材料。
